After much anticipation, Good Stuff Eatery opened its doors in Riyadh and marked the brand’s international expansion with its first location in Saudi Arabia. The restaurant’s grand opening signals the demands for Good Stuff Eatery’s handcrafted burgers, handcut fries, and handspun shakes outside of the U.S. The iconic burger brand from Washington, D.C., is licensed and operated by Gulf Restaurants and Parks Company is Saudi Arabia.
Known for its delicious food, hip atmosphere, and quality service, Good Stuff Eatery has made its mark on the food scene—and will now bring its Americana nostalgia to Riyadh. At Good Stuff Eatery, guests can expect to find chef-inspired classics. Burger highlights include “Spike’s Sunnyside,” featuring dairy fresh cheese, applewood smoked beef bacon, and a farm fresh fried egg on a brioche bun with Good Stuff Sauce.
The Riyadh location introduces new “Original Free Range Chicken Burgers” to the menu. The “Love Bird” is a free-range chicken breast topped with Gouda cheese, a ruby red tomato, crispy lettuce, and Thousand Island dressing. The “Buffalo Chicken Burger” is a free-range chicken breast tossed in spicy buffalo sauce and topped with creamy Blue Cheese dressing, crispy lettuce, a ruby red tomato, and fried onion straws. Another alternative to beef on the menu is “Spike’s Village Veg” which is roasted eggplant stuffed with spicy feta and jalapenos, flash fried with panko crumbs, topped with crispy lettuce, ruby red tomatoes, and whipped Feta sauce.

Good Stuff Eatery, the brainchild of restaurateur Catherine Mendelsohn, was inspired by her father Sunny Nakis. Nakis famously served his family deliciously juicy hamburgers wrapped up in wax paper. As a tribute to him, and his favorite saying, “Now that’s Good Stuff,” the restaurant wraps their hamburgers in wax paper to keep everything hot and tasty.
