Bareburger, a long-time East Coast favorite, opened its first Los Angeles–area restaurant, hanging 10 in the heart of Santa Monica along Main Street. Bareburger’s California debut includes their famed food and   service with offerings for meat lovers and vegans alike.

Bareburger celebrate organic, local and non-GMO ingredients, allowing for a crop of fresh menu offerings. Elk, bison, and duck patties, salads, grain bowls, house-made fries, sandwiches, and milkshakes are only the surface. In order to continue its commitment to sustainability, Bareburger’s Santa Monica location produces each of its patties in-house—a key differentiator amongst other franchises and Bareburger locations.

“We started Bareburger with a simple vision to make great food that uses local, organic ingredients. We found Santa Monica to be a more tropical version of Astoria. It’s the same vibe, the same neighborhood feel, only with the Pacific Ocean instead of the East River,” says Euripides Pelekanos, CEO and president of Bareburger. “Being in our Santa Monica restaurant brings me right back to the first few weeks in the original Astoria location. The West Coast has provided us with an incredible opportunity.”

Bareburger’s first West Coast location launches a new menu that was crafted by its in-house chef, which is now being incorporated into all Bareburger locations nationwide.

Along with its handcrafted salads, sandwiches and burgers, guests are able to build their own favorites with whichever patty (whether red meat, poultry, veggie, or vegan), bun, cheese, vegetable, and sauces catch their eye. In addition to its vast array of dining options, Bareburger offers a full-service bar with select wines, draft beers, and innovative and localized cocktail program, with guest favorites such as Mezcal Swizzle, La Bamba, and Italian Stallion.
