The summer menu has arrived at Modmarket. Today the farm-fresh eatery announced its seasonal specials and some retooled guest favorites.

“This season is all about bright flavors and complex textures. It combines our love of buying local whenever possible, liberal use of superfoods, and continuing to create better-for-you food with healthy fats and proteins,” says chef Nate Weir, culinary director at Modmarket. “This is one of our most exciting menus to date, and I think guests are going to be blown away by the flavor and quality of the food.”

The new summer menu includes:

BLT+A: Back by popular demand, this kicked up version of a classic BLT sandwich includes all-natural, nitrate-free bacon, basil aioli, avocado, tomato, and arugula on multigrain bread. (dairy free)

Roman: Modmarket’s signature Caesar salad has been enhanced with several different textures and a new dressing. It contains romaine lettuce, roasted grape tomatoes, house-made bacon bits, crispy kale, croutons, cucumber, Grana Padano, and an updated Caesar dressing.

Steakhouse: This salad offers big, bold flavors and escarole, a brand new lettuce for Modmarket. It also includes Creekstone Farms Natural Black Angus steak, pickled red onion, Gorgonzola, walnuts, cucumbers, roasted tomatoes, and a new buttermilk horseradish dressing. (gluten free)

The Sausage: A savory pizza that features Denver-based Polidori herbsausage and wilted escarole, The Sausage is topped with creamy roasted garlic creme fraiche, Goat cheese, and chili flakes.

Goji Wheat: This super healthy, flavorful, and fresh side dish is perfect for warmer weather. The new menu item includes a nutty bulgur wheat, sweet-tart goji berries, and apples, walnuts, lemon maple dressing, fresh parsley, and basil. (vegan)
