Nashville native James Hutchison is the general manager and head chef for Nashville Hot. He is a veteran of the restaurant industry and has worked in several Nashville restaurants including Hattie B’s Hot Chicken in Nashville and Puckett’s Grocery & Restaurant. “I am excited to bring authentic Nashville hot chicken to Greater Cincinnati,” Hutchison says. “I’ve grown up eating hot chicken and I think people will be blown away by the unique flavor and juiciness. I’ve personally developed the proprietary blend of spices that we use in our hot chicken.”

Customers are able to order their Nashville Hot chicken at the spice level they prefer, along with Southern-inspired sides and dessert items. Salads, fish, and grilled options are available and customers can wash down their meals with local craft beers from Mad Tree Brewing, Braxton Brewing, and Country Boy. Kids menu items are also available.
