Togo’s Eateries, a “West Coast Original” since 1971, announced the opening of its latest Medford, Oregon, restaurant in the Harry & David Country Village.

The new restaurant is owned by local resident and current Togo’s franchisee, Will Brake, who opened the first Togo’s Medford restaurant two years ago.

Charleys "Steaks" Its Claim in Poland

Charleys, known for its Charley’s Grilled Subs and Charleys Philly Steaks concepts, recently opened its first Charleys Philly Steaks in Poland on March 22.

The new restaurant is located in the country’s capital, Warsaw, at the Blue City Mall.

The new Charleys restaurant in Warsaw marks the first Charleys Philly Steaks in Poland and is part of the company’s larger international expansion plans.

Charleys already has a presence in several international markets, including Japan, Germany, Brazil, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.

Milwaukee-based Cousins Subsrecognized a number of its franchisees for outstanding performance at its annual meeting at the Wilderness Resort in the Wisconsin Dells from April 28–30.

Approximately 200 franchisees, corporate employees, vendors, and guests were in attendance.

Cousins Subs’ “Franchisee of the Year” award was presented to Andy Lanz from Verona, Wisconsin.

McAlister’s Deli, a leading fast-casual restaurant, awarded The Saxton Group and Southwest Deli with the Franchisee of the Year Award at its annual franchise conference in Las Vegas.

Led by Kelly Saxton, Dallas-based The Saxton Group owns and operates 53 McAlister’s restaurants in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri.

Southwest Deli, based in Odessa, Texas, and led by Larry Lee, has 15 locations in New Mexico and Texas.

Free Loaves for First 100 in New Boudin SF Location

Dave Wolfgram, CEO of Boudin Bakery, announced that Boudin SF will unveil its newest location in Encinitas on June 6. To welcome the local community, Boudin SF will reward the first 100 customers in line with a free loaf of its Original San Francisco Sourdough French Bread every day for one year. The first spot in line will be reserved for North CountyFood Bank, the subsidiary of a local organization, North County Community Services.
